APPLICATION:
This is a high-capacity, high-performance, high-vacuum hard candy cooking machine. The syrup passes through a special coil and is heated by steam to extract the water in the syrup. The temperature of the syrup can reach 140-150 degrees during heating, and the temperature can also be set according to the requirements of the sugar production process. After the syrup passes through the special coil, the syrup enters the stainless steel tank to draw a vacuum, and at the same time removes the water in the syrup again. At this time, the temperature of the syrup is about 120 degrees. The syrup is transported to the steel belt cooling conveyor belt through the discharge pump to realize continuous high-output production. This is a requirement for fully automatic production of high-output, high-quality hard candies and lollipops.
